We're just now emerging from the difficult first 6 weeks of new parenthood to two kids and we're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel! :) The latest news is that Sophie's been diagnosed with a casein (milk protein) allergy/sensitivity which appears to have an impact on the silent reflux. Now that I've eliminated that ingredient from my diet, her naps are longer (she was previously waking every 10 min with wheezing and gas), the rash is virtually gone, and she has minimal apnea episodes. Yay! We still have to be careful about her positioning during and after feeds and she still gets quite uncomfortable afterwards, but it's so much better than it was.
