This month Lucas learned how to balance long enough to lift his feet up for the duration of his downhill coasting! Next step: a 2 wheeler with pedals!
All the little tables had cloths over them and vases of flowers. The kids served the food to their mothers while we all sat in tiny chairs with our knees up to our chests. It was so super-cute.

Lucas LOVED it. He stayed up late, ate a carnival hotdog, watched at the game booths, wished he was taller so he could ride all the big kid rides too, and was THRILLED when we ascended to the top of the tall ferris wheel (here's the photo from that moment):
