Laith's cousin Ibti is riding a big loop around the country visiting farms, co-ops and community gardens in an effort to learn about sustainable agriculture and, no doubt, to have an amazing adventure along the way. We were happy to have her stay with us for several days in Austin and immensely enjoyed her famous cooking and showing her our favorite sites around town.
